1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern the supply by us of any product, ordered by you on the site. By agreeing to order a product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1.3 These Terms & Conditions are our copyrighted intellectual property. Used by third parties – even extracts for the commercial purposes of offering goods and/or services – is not permitted. Infringements may be subject to legal action.
2.1 These Terms & Conditions shall apply to all contracts made or to be made by us for the sale of products, or the engagement of our services. Nothing stated here affects your statutory rights.
2.2 These Terms & Conditions shall prevail over any separate terms put forward by you. Any conditions that you submit in whatever form and at whatever time, whether in writing, by email or orally, are expressly waived and excluded.
2.3 No other terms or changes shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
3.1 When making an Order, you may register for an account on the website as detailed in clause 9, and follow the instructions on the website on how to make an order and for making changes to your order before submitting it.
3.2 Irrespective of any previous price you have seen or heard, once you select a product that you wish to order, you will then be shown or told (on the website) the charges you must pay including GST, if applicable, and any applicable delivery charges. Unless otherwise stipulated on the site, all charges are in SGD. Subject to clause 3.11 below, this is the total that you will pay for receipt of the ordered product.
3.3 You shall pay for the product in full at the time of ordering by supplying us with your credit/debit card details that are acceptable to us via our platform providers – Atlas / Ayden (Mainly used for deliveries and self collections) and 2C2P (Mainly used for events), which we require in order to process your order.
3.4 If you are asked for details of a payment card, you must be fully entitled to use that card. The card must have sufficient funds to cover the payment.
3.5 You undertake that all details provided to us for the purpose of purchasing the Product, are correct. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product.
3.6 You are responsible for reviewing the latest Terms & Conditions each time you submit your order.
3.7 Your order remains valid as an offer until we issue our confirmation of order.
3.8 We shall not be obliged to supply the product to you until we have accepted your order. Acknowledgement of your order by us is purely for information purposes and does not constitute the confirmation of order. In that acknowledgement, we may give you an order reference number and details of the product you have ordered. We may in our discretion refuse to accept an order from you for any reason, including unavailability of supplies.
3.9 A Contract shall be formed and we shall be legally bound to supply the product to you. Acceptance shall take place when we expressly accept your Order by email to you, in the form of a document called a “Confirmation of Order” (email confirmation). It shall be deemed to come into effect when it has been dispatched by us. Until the time when we accept your Order, we reserve the right to refuse to process your Order and we will refund any payment made by you.
3.10 If you discover that you have made a mistake with your Order after you have submitted it to the Site, please contact us at contact@curatedbyneta.sg immediately. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your Order.
3.11 We try to ensure that the price given to you is accurate. If the price for the Order changes before we accept your Order, we will contact you and seek confirmation that you wish to proceed at the amended price only during working days and hours.
3.12 A Contract will relate only to those Products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Confirmation of Order. We are not obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your Order until we have sent a Confirmation of Order in relation to those Products.
3.13 You must only submit to us information which is accurate and not misleading and you must keep it up to date and inform us of changes.
4.1 We may cancel a contract if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you and return any payment that you have made.
4.2 We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method used by you to pay for the product.
We do not allow cancellation of orders by customers. Please review your order carefully before placing an order, once orders are placed, we are not able to modify or cancel it.
6.1 We warrant that the Products supplied will:
be delivered in the quantities ordered, subject to any reasonable weight or packing tolerances;
be fit for their intended purpose at the time of delivery;
substantially conform to the description provided on the Site at the time the Order is placed.
6.2 Many of our Products are fresh, seasonal, natural or artisanal in nature. Variations in size, weight, colour, shape, marbling, fat content, texture, appearance and yield are natural characteristics of such Products and shall not be considered defects.
6.3 Product photographs, descriptions and specifications on the Site are provided for illustrative purposes only. Actual Products may vary due to seasonality, harvest conditions, fishing conditions, origin, supplier practices and natural biological variation.
6.4 For Products sold by weight, quantity or size grading, reasonable variations may occur. Any stated weight, size or count is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
6.5 Upon delivery, risk in the Products passes to you. It is your responsibility to inspect the Products upon receipt and to ensure that any chilled, frozen or perishable Products are promptly stored and handled in accordance with applicable food safety requirements.
6.6 If you believe that a Product has been delivered damaged, spoiled, materially defective or incorrectly supplied, you must notify us within one (1) hour of delivery for ready-to-eat items, or within five (5) hours of delivery for frozen or chilled produce by contacting us by WhatsApp (preferred) or by emailing contact@curatedbyneta.sg and provide:
your name and contact details;
order number;
details of the Product concerned;
a description of the issue;
clear photographs showing the alleged defect, damage or discrepancy; and
any other information reasonably requested by us.
6.7 You agree to retain the Product in its original condition, together with all packaging, and make it available for inspection by us or our representative
7.1 We may from time to time organise, host or facilitate events, workshops, tastings, demonstrations, classes, seminars and other experiences (collectively, “Events”).
7.2 Registration for an Event is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and issuance of a booking confirmation by us.
7.3 Event tickets, registrations and bookings are non-refundable except where expressly stated otherwise or where required by applicable law.
7.4 If a participant is unable to attend an Event, the booking may be transferred to another person only with our prior written approval and subject to any conditions that we may impose.
7.5 We reserve the right to:
modify the Event programme, agenda, menu, venue, timing, instructors, speakers or content;
substitute ingredients, products or materials used during the Event;
limit participation or refuse entry where reasonably necessary; and
postpone, reschedule or cancel an Event due to operational, safety or unforeseen circumstances.
7.6 Where we cancel an Event and do not provide a replacement date, participants shall be entitled to a refund of the Event fee paid. We shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation, loss of income or other consequential costs incurred by participants.
7.7 Participants are responsible for arriving at the designated venue and time specified in the booking confirmation. Late arrivals may be denied participation or admission without refund where the Event has already commenced.
7.8 Certain Events may involve the handling of knives, seafood, shellfish, hot equipment, cooking appliances or other potentially hazardous tools or materials. Participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with such activities and agree to follow all instructions, safety guidelines and directions given by our staff, instructors or representatives.
7.9 We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, intoxicated or otherwise detrimental to the enjoyment, safety or we
8.1 Many of our Products are seasonal, limited in quantity, sourced from specific producers, fisheries, farms, regions or countries of origin, and may be subject to fluctuations in availability beyond our control.
8.2 Availability of any Product displayed on the Site is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue Products, refuse Orders or cancel Orders where Products become unavailable, delayed or fail to meet our quality standards.
8.3 Certain Products may be affected by weather conditions, harvest conditions, fishing conditions, transportation disruptions, customs inspections, import restrictions, disease outbreaks, supplier constraints or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8.4 We reserve the right to substitute a Product, ingredient, component, variety, grade, origin or producer with a reasonably comparable alternative where necessary to fulfil an Order. Where a suitable substitute is unavailable, we may cancel the affected portion of the Order and provide a refund, store credit or other remedy at our discretion.
8.5 For Events, workshops, tastings and experiences, we reserve the right to modify menus, ingredients, featured products, demonstrations, speakers, instructors or programme content where required due to availability, seasonality, quality considerations or operational requirements.
8.6 We shall not be liable for any loss, disappointment, inconvenience or consequential damages arising from any Product, ingredient or experience being unavailable, substituted, postponed or cancelled in accordance with this Clause.
9.1 Customer satisfaction is important to us and we will endeavour to respond to all enquiries, feedback and claims within a reasonable timeframe.
9.2 Any claim relating to a Product, Event or Order must be submitted in accordance with the procedures and timelines specified in these Terms and Conditions.
9.3 When submitting a claim, you may be required to provide photographs, videos, supporting documentation, proof of purchase or any other information reasonably requested by us for the purpose of investigating the matter.
9.4 We reserve the right to reject any claim where:
insufficient information is provided;
the claim is submitted outside the applicable notification period;
the Product is no longer available for inspection where inspection is reasonably required; or
we reasonably determine that the claim does not fall within the scope of these Terms and Conditions.
9.5 Any refund, replacement, store credit, goodwill gesture or other remedy offered by us shall be provided at our sole discretion, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
9.6 Failure by us to respond to any enquiry within a particular timeframe shall not constitute acceptance of any claim.
10.1 We shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, failure or inability to perform any obligation under these Terms and Conditions where such delay, interruption, failure or inability results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10.2 Such circumstances may include, without limitation:
acts of God;
adverse weather conditions;
natural disasters;
marine or fishing conditions;
crop failures or poor harvests;
transportation disruptions;
flight delays or cancellations;
shipping delays;
customs inspections or clearance delays;
import or export restrictions;
quarantine measures;
disease outbreaks affecting livestock, aquaculture or agriculture;
supplier failures;
shortages of seasonal products;
labour disputes;
utility outages;
pandemics, epidemics or public health emergencies;
government action; or
any other event beyond our reasonable control.
10.3 Where any such event affects our ability to fulfil an Order, provide a Product or conduct an Event, we may postpone, reschedule, substitute, partially fulfil or cancel the affected Order, Product or Event without liability.
10.4 If an Event of Force Majeure continues for a prolonged period, we may terminate the affected Contract and provide a refund for any Products or Event tickets paid for but not supplied, less any costs already incurred where permitted by law.
11.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11.2 Subject to Clause 11.1, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any Product, Event, Order, Contract, the Site or these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant Product, Event or Order giving rise to the claim.
11.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses;
loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, business or goodwill;
travel, accommodation or transportation expenses;
loss arising from delays beyond our reasonable control;
dissatisfaction arising from natural variation in fresh, seasonal or artisanal Products;
yield loss, cooking loss or processing loss associated with seafood, meat, produce or other food products;
allergic reactions or dietary sensitivities where allergens or ingredients have been disclosed or could reasonably have been anticipated; or
loss arising from improper storage, handling, preparation or use of Products after delivery.
11.4 Participation in any Event, workshop, tasting, demonstration or educational activity is undertaken at the participant’s own risk, subject always to our obligations under applicable law.
11.5 The Site, its content and all Products and Events are provided on an “as available” basis and we make no representation or warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available.
11.6 The remedies expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions constitute your sole and exclusive remedies against us in respect of any Product, Event, Order or Contract.
12.1 Record Keeping
We will retain records of your Order and these Terms and Conditions for a period of up to six (6) years from the date your Order is accepted, in accordance with applicable legal and operational requirements. For your reference, we recommend that you save or retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions, your Order confirmation, and any relevant receipts or communications relating to your purchase or Event booking.
12.2 No Waiver
No failure or delay by us in exercising any right, power or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall operate as a waiver of that right, nor shall any partial exercise of any right prevent further exercise of that or any other right. Any waiver must be expressly stated in writing to be effective.
12.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, provided that the commercial intent of the agreement is not fundamentally altered.
12.4 No Relationship Created
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to create any partnership, joint venture, agency, employment or fiduciary relationship between you and us.
12.5 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
